Request deletion of your theDreamsCar account or data

This page explains how buyers and dealers can request deletion of their account or selected personal data from theDreamsCar India.

Send requests to thedreamscarindia@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing account-specific requests.

How to request deletion

Email thedreamscarindia@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Use the subject “Delete my theDreamsCar account” or “Delete my data”.

Include your registered email or phone number and whether you are a buyer or dealer.

Tell us whether you want full account deletion or deletion of selected data only.

Deletion options

You may request full account deletion, or you may request deletion of selected data without deleting your entire account.

We will review the request, verify account ownership where needed, and delete or deactivate eligible data from active systems.

Data that can be deleted

Account and profile details
Contact details linked to your account
Saved vehicles and notification preferences
Push notification tokens
Appointment and purchase-assistance requests where deletion is permitted
Dealer listing media where it is no longer needed for active platform operations

Data that may be retained

Security logs, normally retained up to 180 days
Confirmed sale, lead conversion, billing, or offline success-fee records where required
Fraud prevention, dispute, audit, or legal records, which may be retained up to 7 years where required

Retained records are kept only where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit history, confirmed sale tracking, offline fee records, or legal obligations.
